Weekend Recap

Happy first day of school! Well, for Mike that is. After a good three months of having him home, it’s back to reality. No more weekday trips downtown, mid-week lunches out, or spontaneous happy hours. Summer vacation might be over, but we’re a couple weeks closer to Indian summer here in sf and then my favorite season, fall. Pumpkin spice latte anyone?

As mentioned on Friday, this past weekend was jammed packed. We visited both sides of the parents, ran errands in San Jose, and snuck in a game of doubles tennis. Busy weekends that include a ton of great food, makes a tired Monday morning all very worth it =)

How was your weekend?

  1. OMG Pumpkin lattes! I forgot about that. You have got me excited for that. YUM!
Happy Back to School for your bf! I know the feeling…the hubs went back last week…and this time, he’s in class a heck of a lot more than other semesters. So it begins… (did I say that to you already…?)
I enjoy going to San Tung…we took the hubs’ family who are from Atlanta…let me just say it was memorable. HAH! =)

We got in a couple of rounds of tennis too – always fun, plus it’s a nice balance to all the yummy weekend food (like our going out for breakfast twice indulgence…)! Great photos.
