TGIF + Napa Bound

TGIF! Who’s excited for the opening ceremonies tonight? Swimming, gymnastics, track & field, basketball, soccer… eeeek, I cannot wait! In more exciting news, Mike and I are headed to Napa for the weekend to celebrate Tina’s birthday. We’re staying in a cottage with some amazing amenities (pool, kitchen, bbq), so not only will we be wine tasting, but we’ll be lounging by the pool, sipping champagne, and grilling up some yummy bites. Talk about a nice little getaway! I’m sure we’ll be sharing plenty of photos here, so feel free to follow along.

Happy weekend! Go Team USA!

  4. I am so excited and pumped for the Olympics! One of my girlfriends is having an Olympics party tonight and I was up late last night making special truffles for it :) How fun that you are going to Napa- I was just there last weekend! When you get back would you share where you stayed? We couldn’t find a hotel so ended up making it a day trip, but I’d love to know about one for the future!

ohh i loved the opening ceremony! lucky i didn’t have to stay up too late, watching it in london :) Best parts: the Queen being a “Bond Girl”, & the cauldron at the end was beautiful..

Enjoy Napa! i’ve always wanted to visit there..

PS thanks for dropping by my blog: my nail polishes were both by Barry M: Cyan Blue, with the 4th nail in Mint Green :)
