If you only ever recreate one recipe from this blog, make it this one! It is the easiest thing alive and it takes healthy and delicious to the next level. For me, the more garlic the better… enjoy!
Ingredients
Edamame
Sesame oil
GF soy sauce
Chili flakes
Garlic
Directions
1. Steam or boil edamame.
2. Saute garlic, chili flakes, sesame oil, and soy sauce until garlic starts browning.
3. Add edamame and toss until the soy sauce starts thickening or almost caramelizing (the edamame shouldn’t be sauted for more than a couple of minutes).
*Make sure not over steam or cook the edamame. The beans will turn to mush if you’re not careful.

yyummmm!!
That looks SO good. Will have to go buy some edamame and try this recipe out!
This looks so good! I totally have gotten something like this at a restaurant. Why have I not thought of re-creating it at home!
I eat so much edamame and am so excited to try this!!!
A new post is up on Local & Opulent and I have shoes on the brain! Seriously, who doesn’t love shoes. This collection would have Carrie Bradshaw drooling!

You emailed me this recipe a few months back when you had featured just a picture of it on your blog. It is so yummy that even my little one’s eat this up.
