{Immaculate Baking Co. vegan gf cookies. my fav to date!}
Happy Friday! Have any fun plans for the weekend? Mike and I will keep things pretty low key… finish up the last bit of Christmas shopping, cuddle up in front of the tree and watch movies, maybe turn on the fireplace for the first time. Yup, sounds about right. Above are some snapshots from this past week. Things are getting all festive around here… I even made cookies! They’re not from scratch, but they are the best vegan gf cookies I’ve had, ever! Usually baked goods without dairy and flour don’t taste great, so I’ll take what I can get =)
I hope you have a great weekend!

Those cookies look delish – and it definitely looks festive around there! Fun!!
Have a great weekend!
Love the photos! Sounds like a very relaxing weekend ahead.
I love El Amigo! Seth’s parents and my aunt live super close to there. So excited you’re in San Jose!!
such a pretty and festive snapshot of your week. LOVE the tree! =D and the gift wrapping is gorgeous!
Have a fun weekend! Mine will actually be busy. I’m so not the “have every weekend booked” type but suddenly I have had plans every weekend leading up to Christmas. SO weird for me.
BUT, I just love this time when everyone is enjoying themselves and the holidays. =D

Gorgeous photos Crystalin! I made chocolate chunk cookies last Friday and still have some dough in the freezer! (otherwise I would have eaten the whole batch!)
