Masculine Meets Feminine

{Zara dress, Old Navy jacket (similar), Pour La Victoire wedge, Dorothy Perkins belt, Asos spike bracelet, vintage Coach bag}

I wouldn’t typically think to pair these two together, but I love the idea of mixing a feminine dress with a more masculine military jacket. The white embroidered details on the dress scream summer and warm weather, but paired with the classic fall jacket, you get another great transition outfit. Who says you can’t wear white in September…?

    This outfit is so great! I’ve been thinking about outfits like this for fall as well. Learning how to try and transition into “fall” weather in so cal is a challenge :) But I love looks like this!

    Love the combination! I love sweet, feminine items mixed with boy-ish, edgier items! Also, I found my patent Mai wedge for whopping $89 at myhabit. But they quickly sold out in my size. :(

    They still have yours in lemon yellow, and those are so so cute. And you can’t beat the price either! I’m contemplating….

    i would diiie for those shoes too! i have a similar pair from mango but in black, the nude colour is just perfect, such a leg-lengthener!!

    Oh, I love this as a transition outfit! Especially as I’m a little sad to have to put my white eyelet dress to the back of the closet because it looks so summery on its own… Back out for another wear!

    Love love love love. This is adorable!! I’m totally in regarding any way I can keep my white lace/embroidered/eyelet dresses out as long as possible.

    I love this look! I’ve been seeing that Old Navy vest everywhere, but I actually think the jacket is more practical and versatile. Great styling outta you!
