As I continue to add more classics to my wardrobe, I find myself gravitating towards those more edgier pieces. If you would have asked me if I saw myself wearing a faux leather jacket just a year ago, I would 100% have said no (same goes for strappy heels). Both are now on my radar and have been added to my must-have/every girl needs/ will last you a lifetime LIST. I’ve also been loving the color red, a color I’ve definitely neglected. It’s such a classic color, but styled the right way, can add the perfect amount of edge. Current mission: find the perfect red crossbody bag.

Love your picks! A black leather jacket and strappy heels are on the top of my Fall craving list too! I just got the drop waist skirt from TopShop, and am sending it back because it kills any curves that my petite body might be trying to rock… I did play dress up and snap a few pictures before sending it back, and they should be up on my blog sometime next week if you want to check it out. The bf told me I looked like a tube in the dress… not what I was going for! haha
