{Target boys gingham shirt (similar), Abercrombie & Fitch vest (old), J Brand jeans, Me Too flats, Furla tote, Gap neon bracelet}

Happy Friday! What do you have planned this weekend? I’m crossing my fingers for better weather (we had some major thunderstorms last night. Not cool!), so I can do what I do best- frolick around the city, eat yummy food, and head to the farmers market. I’ll also be catching up on emails and blog reads, drinking a glass of wine, and sipping a soy cafe au lait or two… just some of my favorite weekend indulgences.
p.s. I might be having a gingham obsession… must get more colors stat!

Okay so when you come up to Portland this summer, this will be the agenda: PDX farmer’s market, Stumptown Coffee, stopping for a cupcake at Cupcake Jones, and then a glass of wine at one of the bars in the Pearl. Hope that’s okay with you
And sometime this fall, we can repeat the day when I come to visit SF!
LOVE the flats! I got MY FIRST gingham button down last week and plan on getting more. They’re so versatile. Wear them up and down!
Miranda, can I just say that I live in PDX and that is EXACTLY the weekend that I have planned for myself? Complete with farmer’s market, Cupcake Jones, and Stumptown! As for a bar in the Pearl, have you ever visited Vault? I don’t even like martinis, but this place ROCKS THEM!!!
I really love the simplicity of this look. =)
YES – the thunder storms last night was not cool…but at least it came and went.
Have a great weekend! Your plans sound just right for a relaxation. =)

This is such a perfect casual Friday outfit and perfect for this crazy weather that we’ve been having. I actually don’t own any gingham but plan to change that very soon!
love this look and those SHOES! SO cute… are they pretty comfy? Sometimes the flats with the elastic on them squeeze my toes (I’m probably the only weird one though…)
I was planning on having some of the exact same adventures this weekend. Also: some gingham inspiration. Have a lovely weekend!
what a wonderful outfit! I love the pattern on the shirt and your post teached me a new word: gingham
and your flats are so cute!

Love the high pony! I love tying ribbons in to, it makes me feel so retro, but in a good way. Hope you have a good weekend!
I am in love with those shoes!! I keep seeing them pop up on blogs and it makes me SO sad that I can not get them here in the Netherlands!!! Sigh……hope you have a great weekend my friend xoxo
Ah! Love! I would wear this in a second. I’ve been eyeing those shoes for months _ i think I am going to buy them this weekend!
@Jill- Thanks love! They have really great padding on the bottom and are fine in the toe area, but since they’re a little bit big, the heels rub. I’m hoping once I break them in, they’ll be fine
Hi lady! Love the blouse+vest look! Absolutely adoring your gingham shirt. I really need to get my hands on one of those. Visiting the Target boys’ section stat!
Also, I adore that style of Me Too flats!

Living in Color.
I just picked up a similar shirt from the Target boys’ section over the weekend – peach and grey gingham. They are great quality, and you can’t beat the price!
Love everything about this look! Your flats are so cute and neutralizes the outfit
