Ever since I started doing outfit posts I started shopping smarter. Rather than seeing, loving, and buying, I think about different ways I can style the piece with what’s already in my closet. Since I do this in my real life and think it’s a great way to shop (this may be a no brainer and something you already do), I thought I’d bring it to the blog… with hopes that my styling ideas can inspire an outfit or two for you =)
This week’s piece, the J.Crew contrast baseball tee. Who knew a baseball tee could be so versatile? I think it’s passed the test… a must buy in my book!

I love a good raglan tee and the three ways you styled it! So fun!
So true. I started trying to find really versatile pieces when I was on a really tight budget in college. Nice round up.
Love this! I’d never think to pair the elements in #3 together, but they look so cute.
I love this…u read my mind or something. Great tip!
I love this! I’ve never owned a baseball tee, but I’m going to have to get one now.
I’ve just recently learned to do this too! Saves me money and I have so much more space in my closet after tossing out items I’ve only worn once or twice.
Love all three of these looks! Especially digging the Current/Elliot jean look!
I just ADORE these looks! So cute and casual!
Or high fashion! That first outfit is the definition of NY street style.
I saw this at The Crew last week and it’s on mega sale in store!!!
great post! thanks for the tips =)
wow – I am in love with each iteration of your styling… I never knew I NEEDED a baseball tee before this moment, and now nothing is clearer!
